If your daily activity is putting your body on a repetitive stress, re-injuring and giving you dysfunction, you will also get Home Exercises Program in addition to an Ergonomic Postural Analysis and Solutions.
•Rehab Pilates
In case you were released from Physical Therapy of any circumstance: orthopedic, rheumatic, neurological, etc and don't feel comfortable or strong enough to workout by yourself, Equilibrium Pilates is your first choice.
